Around Antarctica: ACE Expedition completed its first leg
The Antarctic Circumnavigation Expedition (ACE), launched by the Swiss Polar Institute, completed the first leg of its voyage around the southernmost continent. Countless scientific measurements were made, in the ocean and on some subantarctic islands.

Maritime University - ACE Expedition
These are memories from the ACE Expedition, first project of the Swiss Polar Institute. This Maritime University gathered 49 students, 16 scientists from 20 nationalities around 22 projects. The goal was to document climate change, spread knowledge about Oceanographie to a younger generation and circumnavigate around Antarctica.
